All Bright Hope caregivers meet and exceed the requirements set by the State of Georgia for personal care home staff. Their training covers:

• State-Mandated Personal Care Home Staff Training Including: Resident rights, infection control, emergency preparedness, nutrition and medication assistance.
• First Aid & CPR Certification to ensure immediate, capable response in case of emergencies.

Ongoing Training

We believe in lifelong learning. Our caregivers receive continuous professional development to stay updated on best practices in elder care, safety protocols, and person-centered care approaches.

Their hands-on knowledge, combined with ongoing training, ensures that every resident at Bright Hope receives thoughtful and competent support with daily living activities, companionship, and dedication to personal well-being.
